Navis comes from the Latin word for “ship” — a name chosen to reflect both direction and delivery. It’s also a nod to my grandfather, an avid sailor, and to my own passion for “shipping” products that make a real impact.

After more than a decade leading SaaS products from concept to scale, I founded Navis Product Partners to serve startups, SMBs, and scaling organizations that need experienced product leadership but aren’t ready for a full-time PM or CPO. Much of my experience comes from helping companies that didn’t start out as product companies successfully make the transition. I’ve seen firsthand the challenges organizations face when shifting from service-based models or founder-led decisions into scalable, product-led growth. Navis was created to bridge that gap, providing the strategy, leadership, and execution needed to make the pivot with confidence.

Beyond my professional journey, I also serve as a Board Member of the Maricopa County Foster Care Review Board. Supporting children in the foster care system is a cause close to my heart, and it shapes the way I approach leadership - with empathy, resilience, and a focus on creating meaningful outcomes.
